ABOUT BEXHILL ESTATES

Bexhill Estates was established in July 2019 by life-long friends Melanie Cooper and Becki Mote, both Bexhill residents. With over 40 years of combined estate agency experience between them, Mel & Becki decided to set up their own agency focusing on representing Bexhill as a town, and Bexhill Estates was born.

They had always dreamed of offering a more ‘personal’ service, something they felt the estate agency world was lacking. Their ethos ensures they treat each of their customers with the utmost care, support and diligence, whether they be a first-time buyer, a large property vendor, a family, an investor or property developer. Mel & Becki understand that every property purchase or sale is completely unique and should be treated as such.

Bexhill Estates continued to grow with Alex Harvey joining in 2023 as a Senior Negotiator who brings over 15 years of estate agency experience then recently Siobhan Mason who started September 2024 with great expertise in Estate Agency world with over 25 years’ experience to the company. With 5* Google Review ratings across the board, Bexhill Estates have a wealth of experience in the industry, the local property market and trends within the area. This enables them to offer expert advice to both buyers and sellers alike.

Living and working locally for many years has enabled me to fully understand both the changing housing market and the needs of my clients. With my extensive knowledge in the residential and buy to let market I really enjoy helping to bring buyers and sellers together successfully as their property "matchmaker". It's important to see the whole process from both sides and supporting my clients through the various stages is a challenge I enjoy. Working in this dynamic market allows me to support all parties to achieve rapid completions with as little stress as possible for the important people, "my clients" in which they will get a service which is unparalleled with Bexhill.

Recent years have seen the property market boom in Bexhill with people relocating from London and surrounding areas, and an increase to Buy to Let investor and Property Developers. As the Bexhill Estates Branch Manager and Valuer my role is to market your property in the most saleable way, from pitching the price at just the right level to taking enticing photos and drawing accurate floor plans to help ensure a swift sale. Since buying my own home many years ago and working within the Estate Agency business for over 14 years, property has become my passion. From looking at all the lovely properties that come on the market, to introducing people to their future "dream home" is my idea of heaven!
